Jesse Clarence "Bubba" Garcia (born October 18, 1957) is a former American football wide receiver who played two seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Texas-El Paso.[1][2] He was also a member of the Denver Gold of the United States Football League (USFL).[3]
