The 1947 Macalester Scots football team represented Macalester College as a member of the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) during the 1947 college football season. Led by fourth-year head coach Dwight Stuessy, the Scots compiled an overall record 5–0–1 with a mark of 4–0 in conference play, sharing the MIAC title with the St. Thomas Tommies.^[1] Macalester played home games at Shaw Field in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
